For inclusivity purposes, all of our products are unisex sized. Please see each product for sizing specifics.
In general, women are true to size for a baggier fit or size down for a tighter fit. Men are true to size. Please see individual items about sizing.

Yes, you can, but remember to turn the shirt inside out.  Do not iron directly over the ink for the garment’s longevity.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of the product/package and your location.

Since we use on-demand printing services, you order my ship in different parts.

Standard shipping for orders will be packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days.

We allow returns/exchanges within two weeks of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund.
E-mail us at info@riothealers.com with your order number and the item/size you would like to exchange for.
Send your item back to the address below. Once your return is received, your new item will be shipped at no additional cost.

*Please note, we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges!  Email us beforehand to check if your new size/style is available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds are not issued on lost packages. Please contact us directly with any issues.

We do our best to make sure everything is perfect for you! However, this is still a one-woman operation! I am only human and may have missed something.
