We source our fabric from various brands; however, the garments we choose are 100% sweatshop-free, fair trade, vegan, ethically made, and produced in the USA. All suppliers are WRAP Certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) - WRAP certifies its suppliers based on twelve principles, ranging from health and safety to environment to the prohibition of forced labor. 

ONLY 3% OF FASHION IS MADE IN AMERICA, and we are proud to source our garments from only US suppliers.

With sustainability at the forefront of our values, most of our tees are made from 100% certified organic cotton. Organic cotton produces fewer greenhouse gases and typically relies on rainwater for growth, decreasing water waste. It is also grown without pesticides or insecticides - making it a safer option for workers and the planet.

A few of our products are 100% cotton (not organic) and some an eco-blend of RPET Recycled Polyester, and 37% Combed Ring-Spun Organic Cotton. Please see each product on our website for the specific garment!

All of our items are screen printed by hand in Chicago. Our products are printed on-demand to the best of our availability.

We used a water-based ink that is 100% vegan & free from plastisols.

-All orders come with an eco-card, sharing how to recycle your packaging. These were designed on 100% recycled cotton paper MOO.COM. These however were designed in hopes you keep it! 

-All paper scraps are composted or reused

-Business cards and postcards are printed on 100% recycled paper

-Stamps instead of stickers on packaging to minimize waste. Stamp ink is non-toxic and comes in a refillable cartridge. 

-Almost all of our suppliers are based in the US. The only supplier who is based all-over are our sticker suppliers, but we are looking for more local and sustainable options for those!

-Original art prints are purchased from a US based, woman-owned company who offers art prints on 100% recycled paper. 

-To counteract the environmental impact of shipping, Riot Healers works with Offset to neutralize carbon emissions. Every month, our total emissions from shipped orders are calculated, and we pay an offset that goes towards forest protection initiatives. We are happy to share our monthly reports with you!

We source 95% of our packaging materials from EcoEnclose, a US-based company with a commitment to sustainability. All of our shipping materials are plastic-free and made from 100% biodegradable, recycled paper. This includes all boxes, mailers, tissue paper, tape, stickers and corrugated “bubble” wrap which has also been up-cycled. Even your shipping label comes from a zero waste liner, printed on  100% recycled material and ready for curbside recycle.

We encourage reusing or repurposing packaging material if you can, but if not we recommend you RECYCLE your packaging. All of it has been conveniently sourced to be ready for curbside recycle. We hope that you use or keep our stickers, postcards and business cards, but no hard feelings! Give to a friend or recycle it.

Sustainability experts at EcoEnclose explain that the 100% recycled boxes and mailers we use can be recycled into new paper products 5-6 more times! The carbon footprint of recycling them is better than composting them. UNLESS however, your paper-based package is wet or soiled. Paper products that are wet or soiled should be composted, not recycled. Click here to learn more.

For inclusivity purposes, all of our products are unisex sized. Please see each product for sizing specifics.
In general, women are true to size for a baggier fit or size down for a tighter fit. Men are true to size.

Since our shirts are mostly 100% organic cotton, they may shrink and fade when washed and dried. We recommend you turn them inside out, and machine (or hand wash) on cold, and then dry on low (or hang dry) to best avoid shrinkage/fading.

Shirts on 100% cotton may appear slightly faded after washing.

Yes, you can, but remember to turn the shirt inside out.  Do not iron directly over the ink for the garment’s longevity.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of the product/package and your location.

Unfortunately, we are only shipping to the United States at this time!

Standard shipping for orders will be packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days. You have the option to ship standard or priority at at check out.

Standard, First Class shipping may be experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For faster shipping, priority can be expected in 2 business days once shipped.

Shipping in the United States is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

We allow returns/exchanges within two weeks of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund.

Send your item back to the address below. Once your return is received, your new item will be shipped at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds are not issued on lost packages. Please contact us directly with any issues.

We do our best to make sure everything is perfect for you! However, this is still a one-woman operation! I am only human and may have missed something.
